Hey! When I became a registered nurse I had dreams of working as a rock-star emergency nurse. However, that all took a sudden turn when I took my first job in geriatrics; while simultaneously working in the ER. As I climbed the nursing administration ladder from a Unit Nurse to Charge Nurse and now RN Supervisor; I find joy in teaching the new incoming RNs, LPN, and CNAs. Since I was in nursing school, I have dreamt of owning my own nursing school. And today, you are here because dreaming, praying, dedication, and hard work have prevailed. Enjoy the development of a hard-working nurse.
